FuelPHPでoilが動かない＼(^o^)／

全然、oilを利用していなかったのですが(；・∀・)
どう考えても利用したほうが効率がいいので
/usr/bin/が汚れる？
インスコしたる、、あれ？エラー？
メモとして残しておきます／(^o^)＼

エラーメッセージ

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Fuel\Core\PhpErrorException' with message 'date(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are required to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. vim fuel/app/config/config.php

'default_timezone' => 'Asia/Tokyo',

上記を追記する。

oilがあるディレクトリで実行すれば動きます。
* createコマンド以外はoilがなければ動作しないようです。
